My Story
I’ll never forget buying my first home (before I became a real estate agent). I had preconceived notions about agents, the process, the costs, and, most importantly, where to even start.
Long story short, my agent was incredible. She guided me through the entire process, from start to finish, with patience and expertise. All my misconceptions about real estate agents, the steps involved, the costs (less than I expected!), and who to contact at each stage were addressed with ease and understanding.
That experience inspired me to become an agent and share these values with my clients:

Buyer: When buying, the majority of the time, the seller covers my fee, so you won’t incur extra costs by working with me. In the unlikely event that the seller doesn’t, I’d be open to negotiating a fair and reasonable fee. I’ll let you know before viewing it so you can dictate the next steps and no surprises
Seller: My starting fee, where I take care of A to Z, is 3%. I have a tiered system, so depending on how hands-on or hands-off you’d like to be, I can help!
Lease: if you’re looking to lease, my services are at no cost to you. Owner, this is negotiable.
